EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLT 3500

THESE BOLTS ARE USED TO CONNECT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS TO THE CYLINDER HEADS. THERE ARE 16 BOLTS USED ON THE STANDARD SPECIFICATION UK ENGINE HOWEVER EXPORT ENGINES WITH HEAT CHAMBERS ONLY USE 10 AND HAVE 6 SPECIAL BOLTS WHICH WE DO NOT STOCK AT THE MOMENT, HOWEVER WE ARE LOOKING INTO VARIOUS SOURCES.

ALSO USED ON 2000 AND 2200 TO SECURE THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER TO THE BELL HOUSING.

THESE BOLTS ARE PRICED AND SOLD INDIVIDUALLY.

NOTE:- IN THE 3500 PARTS CATALOGUES, THIS BOLT APPEARS FOR THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD AS "1 1/8 INCH" LONG BUT WHERE IT IS LISTED TO FIX THE THROTTLE BRACKET TO THE INLET MANIFOLD IT IS LISTED AS "1 3/8 INCH". THE LONGER LENGTH IS INCORRECT AND DOES NOT FIT THE INLET MANIFOLD, THE BOLT SHOULD BE "1 1/8 INCH". THE BOLT IS LISTED IN THE 2000 AND 2200 PARTS BOOKS AS "1 1/8 INCH".

SO IF YOU ORDER TO FIX THE THROTTLE BRACKET TO THE INLET, YOU WILL GET THE SHORTER LENGTH AND THIS IS NOT AN ERROR, THE 3500 PARTS BOOKS ARE INCORRECTLY SHOWING 2 SIZES FOR THE SAME PART NUMBER.
