THIS IS A GENUINE ROVER OPTIONAL EXTRA WOOD RIM STEERING WHEEL WITH THE SIMULATED WOOD-FINISH.
Re-imported from the USA, complete with boss but not badge
Some cracking, the worst being one under each spoke (All the way round) Also there is wear to the wood effect, particularly on the top. 
 
So not perfect, but usable.
